We keep all of our puppies up-to-date on their DAPP immunizations: they are given a nasal DAPP with Bordetella at 5 weeks, a DAPP with Corona shot at 7 weeks, and a DAPP with Bordetella shot at 9 weeks. The new owners, in most cases, will give the 3rd DPP with Bordetella at 12 weeks, and then yearly thereafter. If you receive your puppy at 12 weeks of age, or older, they will have received their 3rd DAPP with Bordetella from us, so they will be good for a year. They will, however, need a rabies shot at 12 to 16 weeks, unless we have already had our vet give this immunization.
When you receive your puppy at 9-weeks of age or older, but less than 12-weeks of age, they will have good immunization, but they should not be allowed in dog parks or other areas where there have been a lot of unknown dogs. Once they are 12-weeks of age, and they have had their last DAPP with Bordetella, they will have excellent immunization, and you can feel confident in taking them to dog parks, or most any other areas. They will still be fairly small, so you must be sure to protect them around other dogs that may play too rough, but they should have very good protection against common dog diseases.

Unless you have multiple dogs in your home, some of which could be sick, you should be fine letting your puppy out in your own yard once you receive him/her at around 9 weeks, since he/she has had the 2nd DAPP shot and initial Bordetella shot
Remember that Frenchies should not be exposed to extreme temperatures, especially extreme heat. Watch for signs of over-heating and make sure your Frenchie has access to plenty of shade and water if outside on a hot day.
