Frenchies are wonderful travelers and virtually all of them do great, whether traveling by vehicle or by air. We welcome our clients to come to our home in northern Utah to meet us and their new puppy (or retiree), and take them to their forever homes. We regularly meet clients at the Salt Lake City airport (and sometimes the Provo airport) with their puppies in hand. Sometimes this is very convenient for clients, and all they need to bring with them is a soft-sided pet carrier which will fit under the seat. We also have quite a few clients from Utah and surrounding states that drive to meet us, and then return to their homes with their bundles of joy. We love to meet our clients, so if either of these methods is convenient, we welcome the chance to meet you.
When it is not convenient for a client to come to Utah, we are blessed to work with several wonderful puppy nannies who are independent contractors that deliver our puppies by air or by surface.to their new owners. If they are delivered by air, they will be taken by nannies in the cabin as carry-ons and will be delivered to the clients at the selected airports. If they are delivered by vehicle, they will be delivered to the front doors of the respective clients. Obviously, the puppies will get to their destinations much quicker by air, but we have had great success with our surface deliveries, as the puppies are well cared for and they have all arrived in perfect condition. We are able to have your puppy delivered at any time of the year in the lower 48, generally for a fee of $500 to $900 (either by air or surface), which our clients pay directly to the nannies. We can also ship to Alaska and Canada for slightly higher fees. Unfortunately, we are not able to send puppies to Hawaii due to the long quarantine period that is required; and, unless you are able to fly into Salt Lake City (or Provo) to personally pick up your puppy, we do not place puppies internationally (except for Canada).
We will not ship any of our puppies or adult Frenchies as cargo, and the airlines will not allow dogs greater than 20 pounds to fly in the cabin, unless they are emotional support or service animals. For this reason, almost all of our retirees must be picked up they their new owners, or they must be delivered by one or our surface carriers. Our surface carriers are very responsible, and they ensure that our retirees arrive in great condition. As mentioned, they deliver retirees to the front doors of their new owners.

Fortunately, Frenchies are great travelers, as a general rule. We have had virtually no issues delivering our puppies and our retirees across the country with one of our responsible puppy nannies, either by air or surface. We have been using these responsible nannies for years, and they have earned our trust.
