Yes, we will provide you with a written sales contract with your Frenchie, which includes, among other things, a health guarantee. We want to insure that there are no misunderstandings between us on this very important transaction. You are paying a lot of money for your Frenchie and you deserve to know exactly what you are getting for your money.
Our goal is to have a completely transparent transaction so there are no surprises for either of us. We know that we will only be successful long term if you, and all of our other clients, are completely satisfied and believe that you have been dealt with fairly and honestly.
We know what it’s like to feel like you’ve been sold a bill of goods. We bought a dog of a different breed several years ago, which turned out to be not at all as she had been described. We were upset, but there wasn’t anything we could do because we didn’t have a written contract. It taught us a very valuable lesson. We are going to insure you do not suffer the same fate. You will get what you have paid for and we will guarantee it in black and white.
As a matter of fact, we will go beyond that as we want each of our valued clients to personally meet his/her/their new puppy before taking formal possession after their puppy has reached 8 weeks of age. If you live close enough to our northern Utah home to personally meet your new puppy before taking him/her home, we strongly encourage you to do so. If not, we will have one of our responsible carriers/nannies hand deliver your puppy to you at your nearest major airport. If, after meeting your new puppy, you are not completely satisfied and you believe we have in any way misrepresented him/her, you can refuse to take possession and you will have no financial obligation other than the transportation fee which goes directly to our carrier.
You will find the guarantee portion of our sales contract under the Contract drop-down on this website. The remainder of the sales contract lists other pertinent details such as names, addresses, and contact numbers of sellers and buyer(s); the immunization and health record; the payment record; signatures and dates; etc.
