We love our Frenchies and when we have French Bulldog puppies and retirees available for adoption, we want to be sure they end up in the hands of discriminating dog lovers, like ourselves, who will provide great homes for them and will provide them with the love and attention they deserve. Because of this, we are very careful with whom we place our puppies and retirees. We want to be sure that anyone adopting on of our dogs will provide a wonderful home, a home that will provide love and attention and security.
For our part, we want to provide you with a wonderful, well-bred puppy or retiree which has been well socialized, is an excellent representative of the breed, and is in good health without any congenital or genetic health issues which would jeopardize its ability to lead an active and happy life. Our objective is to be the most reputable breeders of French Bulldogs in the country.
To help accomplish this, we will provide you with a written health guarantee for your new French Bulldog puppy, and this spells out the least we will do if there is a health issue. It is good for one year from the time we place your puppy into your home (we increase this guarantee to two years if you regularly use NuVet supplement which is highlighted on our Great Products drop-down), and it covers any congenital or genetic defect which could or has lead to the death or severe disability of your Frenchie. If he/she dies or becomes severely disabled during this one year period, we will work with you to solve the problem, up to and including the replacement of your Frenchie with one of equal quality when one becomes available from another litter.
When you receive your new French Bulldog puppy from us, he/she will be up-to-date on all immunizations, will have been regularly dewormed, and will have had preventive treatments for coccidia and giardia. We will also provide you with at least a 3-generation pedigree chart of both parents, all the paperwork required to register your French Bulldog puppy/dog with the AKC, the vet examination letter, and the sales contract which includes our health guarantee.
We also go one step further to insure that you, as a valued client, are treated fairly and that you believe that you are getting what you are paying for. If you are not able to come to northern Utah to personally select and pick-up your puppy, you will be given the opportunity to thoroughly examine your puppy when he/she is hand delivered to you by one of our carriers at your nearest major airport. If you believe that we have misrepresented your puppy in any way, you can refuse to take possession of this puppy and you will have no financial obligation, with the exception of the delivery fee which goes directly to the carrier.
Our objective is to make you a totally satisfied customer, and we will do everything in our power to insure that you are very happy with your purchase of your French Bulldog puppy from us. You are spending a lot of money for your new companion and you deserve to get what you pay for. When you pick up your puppy you will receive a packet with all of his/her paperwork. If you live out of state, and one of our puppy chaperones/nannies is flying your puppy to you, it will be given to you when he/she meets you at the airport with your puppy. Inside the packet you will find our Health Guarantee/Sales Contract/Immunization Record, AKC paperwork, veterinary examination, and 3-generation pedigrees from both parents.
